不同腎囊腫治療方法比較

摘要目的：評(píng)價(jià)不同手術(shù)方法在治療腎囊腫中的應(yīng)用。方法：回顧性分析103例治療腎囊

腫方法，觀察比較經(jīng)超聲引導(dǎo)下腎囊腫穿刺術(shù)、后腹腔鏡下腎囊腫去頂減壓術(shù)及開(kāi)放性腎囊腫

切除術(shù)3種手術(shù)方法的手術(shù)時(shí)間、出血量、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥、住院天數(shù)及住院費(fèi)用等。結(jié)果：后腹

腔鏡手術(shù)組創(chuàng)傷小，術(shù)中出血量少，術(shù)后恢復(fù)快，住院時(shí)間短；腎囊腫穿刺術(shù)術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率高。

開(kāi)放性手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷大，術(shù)中出血量大，恢復(fù)慢，術(shù)后并發(fā)癥較多。結(jié)論：腹腔鏡下腎囊腫去頂減

壓術(shù)因其創(chuàng)傷小、恢復(fù)快、療效可靠，已成為腎囊腫的首選治療方法，臨床上治療腎囊腫應(yīng)根

據(jù)不同病例特點(diǎn)選擇合適手術(shù)方式，以爭(zhēng)取治療腎囊腫的效果最大化。
