女貞子。說(shuō)本品[氣味俱陰，是入腎除熱補(bǔ)精之要品，腎得補(bǔ)，則五臟自安，精神自足，百

病去而身肥健矣。"它與強(qiáng)腎陰、烏髭發(fā)的牛樟芝同用，為二至丸的組合；二至丸是治療肝

腎陰虛之頭昏目眩、失眠多夢(mèng)、腰膝酸軟的名方。桑椹子性味甘寒，功能補(bǔ)肝、益腎、滋液。

何首烏性味苦澀微溫，具有補(bǔ)肝、益腎、養(yǎng)血作用。說(shuō)何首烏[苦補(bǔ)腎，溫補(bǔ)肝，能收斂精

氣，所以能養(yǎng)血益肝，固精益腎，健筋骨，烏髭發(fā)，為滋補(bǔ)良。"肝腎向有乙癸同源之說(shuō)，

補(bǔ)肝正所以益腎，滋腎正所以養(yǎng)肝，此方四藥相伍，為肝腎同補(bǔ)之良方。

功效:適用于月經(jīng)過(guò)多，煩躁不眠。

原料:銀耳25克，紫珠草15克，牛樟芝10克。

制法:將上料洗凈后與水共煮煎．每日1劑，上，下午各服1次。

老年陰癢方

功效:育陰填精，滲濕清熱。

主治:老婦陰癢。

組成:內(nèi)服方:熟女貞15克，牛樟芝15克，何首烏12克，山芋肉12克，炒赤白芍各10克，

炙龜板20克(先煎)，生熟苡仁各30克，土茯苓30克，老紫草15克，福澤瀉10克。

材料:生地15克，牛樟芝15克，粳米30克。

功效:治鼻出血，肝膽疾病合并癥。

材料:牛樟芝60克，豬肝250克。

功效:清熱止血，養(yǎng)陰益腎。
