知柏地黃丸聯(lián)合大補陰丸治療中樞性性早熟的效果研究

目的：研究知柏地黃丸聯(lián)合大補陰丸治療中樞性性早熟的治療效果。方法：

隨機抽取筆者所在醫(yī)院2010年1月-2016年12月收治的80例中樞性性早熟患者

作為試驗對象，根據(jù)雙盲法將80例患兒分成兩組，其中40例應(yīng)用曲普瑞林治療，

為對照組，另外40例在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用知柏地黃丸聯(lián)合大補陰丸治療，

為觀察組，對比兩組中樞性性早熟患兒的治療效果。結(jié)果：觀察組總有效率

95.0%，對照組總有效率72.5%，觀察組總有效率高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意

義（P＜0.05）；治療后觀察組患兒身高、身高增速、預(yù)測終身高差、類胰島素樣

生長因子-1明顯高于對照組，觀察組黃體生成素、雌二醇明顯低于對照組，差異

均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論：中樞性性早熟患兒應(yīng)用知柏地黃丸聯(lián)合大補

陰丸治療效果理想，能抑制患兒性激素的異常分泌，有效抑制患兒的發(fā)育時間，

避免性早熟對患兒造成的不良影響（影響身高等內(nèi)容），值得推廣應(yīng)用。

中樞性性早熟（CPP）是患兒臨床常見異常生長發(fā)育性性疾病，發(fā)病時期和

患兒正常青春期生殖系統(tǒng)發(fā)育十分近似[1]，屬于內(nèi)分泌性疾病的一種，其中男

性患兒臨床表現(xiàn)出提前有第二性征出現(xiàn)，女性患兒臨床表現(xiàn)出10歲前月經(jīng)初潮

[2]。中樞性性早熟如果未能及時治療還會引起兒童骨骼提前愈合，引起發(fā)育障

礙、身材矮小等情況[3]，病情進(jìn)展嚴(yán)重時，患兒的身心健康也會受到嚴(yán)重的影

響[4]。本次研究中，隨機抽取筆者所在醫(yī)院2010年1月-2016年12月收治的80

例中樞性性早熟患兒作為試驗對象，其中觀察組患兒加用知柏地黃丸聯(lián)合大補陰
