[摘要]目的：探討血清胱抑素C（CysC）和24h尿微量白蛋白（24hU-mAlb）在慢性腎

小球腎炎早期腎功能損害評(píng)估中的臨床意義。方法：檢測(cè)43例慢性腎小球腎炎早期腎功能損

害患者（觀察組）血清CysC和24hU-mAlb水平，并與43例健康體檢者（正常對(duì)照組）進(jìn)

行對(duì)照分析。結(jié)果：慢性腎小球腎炎早期腎功能損害患者血清CysC、24hU-mAlb明顯高于

正常對(duì)照組（P0.05）。結(jié)論：血清CysC和24hU-mAlb在慢性腎小球腎炎早期腎功能損害時(shí)

升高均較為靈敏，二者可作為慢性腎小球腎炎早期腎功能損害評(píng)估的敏感指標(biāo)。

[Abstract]Objective:TostudytheclinicalsignificanceoftheserumCystatinC(CysC)anduric

microalbuminwithin24hours(24hU-mAlb)intheearlyrenalimpairmentofthepatientswith

s:TheserumCysCand24hU-mAlbof43patientswithchronic

glomerulonephritis(observationgroup)weredetectedandcomparedwiththoseof43healthysubjects

(controlgroup).Results:TheserumCysCand24hU-mAlbintheobservationgroupwerehigher

remarkablythanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P0.05).Conclusion:TheserumCysCand24hU-mAlb

areallsensitiveinevaluatingtherenalimpairmentofthepatientswithchronicglomerulonephritis,

andcanbecometwosensitiveindicatorsforevaluatingtheearlyrenalimpairmentofthepatientswith

chronicglomerulonephritis.
